Support Groups for Emotional and Narcissistic Abuse
Healing doesn't only happen one-on-one.
There’s something that happens when you sit in a room, even a virtual one, with other people who truly get it. Who don’t need you to explain why you stayed, or why it still hurts, or why you second-guess yourself constantly. Who already know, because they’ve been there too.
That’s the heart of all of my groups, and now there are three ways to find that community, no matter where you are in your healing.

Finding Clarity
A 6-week guided support group for healing from emotional and narcissistic abuse

When: Sundays, 7 to 8 pm Central, Jan 10 to Feb 14, 2027
Where: Virtual
Cost: $50 per session or $275 for all six. Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS.

Has someone you love made you question your own reality? You're not alone.
Finding Clarity is a warm, structured space for people affected by narcissistic, emotional, or controlling relationships, whether you're still in it, in the process of leaving, or rebuilding after. You don't need a diagnosis or a tidy version of your story to join.

What we'll work on together:
-
Understanding abuse patterns and how they've affected you
-
Quieting self-doubt and rebuilding trust in yourself
-
Practical tools for setting boundaries
-
A safe, nonjudgmental space with others who get it
-
Strategies to heal and move forward
This isn't a drop-in group or just a place to vent. Each session is guided, kept small, and grounded in evidence-based content. Contact me to get signed up today!

Parallel Paths
A 6-week virtual group for parents navigating high-conflict co-parenting

When: Thursdays, 7 to 8 pm Central, Jan 14 to Feb 18, 2027
Where: Virtual
Cost: $50 per session or $275 for all six. Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS.

Tired of trying to “co-parent” with someone who won’t? This group is for you if:
-
You’re co-parenting with a high-conflict or emotionally abusive ex
-
Every message feels like a battle
-
You’re exhausted from trying to make it work
-
You want tools that work, even if your co-parent never changes
With a high-conflict ex, the usual advice to communicate more and meet halfway can make things worse. Parallel parenting is a different approach built on less contact, clear structure, and each parent running their own household. Whether you’re in an active custody case or years past the final order, this group helps you protect your peace and your kids.
What we’ll work on together:
-
Understanding what parallel parenting looks like day to day, and how it differs from co-parenting
-
Responding to hostile or baiting messages without getting pulled in
-
Setting boundaries around communication, exchanges, and schedules
-
Keeping your kids out of the conflict
-
Calming your nervous system after a hard message or exchange
-
Connecting with other parents who truly get it
This space is yours. It isn’t mediation or co-parenting counseling, and no one here will ask you to “just get along.” Contact me to get signed up today!

Holding Clarity
An ongoing process group for Finding Clarity graduates

Clarity looks different at every stage. Let's hold it together. Holding Clarity is a space to come back to after Finding Clarity, whether you're still navigating the relationship, processing what happened, or rebuilding after. There's no curriculum and no set topics, just real conversations with people who understand.

When: Every other Friday at 12:00 PM CST

Where: Virtual

Cost: $45 per session. Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS.

How it works: RSVP each week. Group meets when at least 3 people confirm, and if a session is cancelled, you'll be notified and not charged.

Common Group Questions
Is group therapy as effective as individual therapy?
Research supports group therapy for abuse recovery. Many people find the most powerful combination is group plus individual therapy, and the two work well side by side.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing in a group?
You never have to share more than you want. Listening is participating, and many people find their voice in their own time.

Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Group follows the same confidentiality standards, and the same legal exceptions, as individual therapy. Every member agrees to keep what's shared in group private. I take that agreement seriously, though I can't control what other members do outside of group.

How much does it cost? Do you take insurance?
Finding Clarity and Parallel Paths are $50 per session, or $275 if you pay for all six up front. Some insurance is accepted (BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna). Email me and I'll help you check your coverage.

Can I join if I'm still in the relationship?
Yes. Finding Clarity meets you wherever you are. Because groups meet online, you can join from a private spot where you won't be overheard, use headphones if you can, and know how you'd leave the call quickly if you needed to.
